What is the safest and most effective Colon Cleanse product?Colon Cleanse - Best Product?
I would have to say the ';safest'; way to cleanse the colon is with all natural products done safely and with careful attention to detail with what your bodies trying to tell you. A colon cleanse shouldn't be accompanied with cramping, pain or discomfort.
There are many ways I've heard and read about to do this. I even had a gentleman tell me that he had tried drinking saline solution, like 2 liters, which is basically salt-water. This of course hit him like much faster than he thought, and with surprising results. I don't recommend it.
I don't like tooting my own horn, but I have found a product that I have tried and think it's perfect for me. I researched, and read what other people were saying about it. It's all natural, which for me is very, very important. As to effective, I guess that's a measure of exactly what are you looking to achieve. Some people are hoping to use colon cleansing as a weight control or loss measure, and as I am sure it is effective in some regard, the best advice I can give for that is, what goes in is as important as what comes out. Colon cleansing does exactly that, it cleanses something we all take for granted, the colon. We expect it to just work, and for the most part it does. Surprise, surprise.
Just like any other part of our body, we need to care for it. So coming around full circle, pick a product, a procedure that works best for your life style.
Best practice, look at all your options, and choose what's right for you.

The right food types. Products are harsh and only temporary. If you use food choices and apply them regularly you will avoid problems in the first place.
The liver cleansing diet is also good for cleansing the bowel. It requires that you eliminate red meat, animal fats, dairy, all processed food and anything containing additives. Replace that with fresh fish/seafood (not fried), some lean chicken, lots of vegetables (raw is better), salads and fruit, wholemeal bread, pasta and rice. Drink lots of water and if you can make a fresh raw vegie juice each morning then the process will speed up.
It will work because of the elimination of toxins through avoidance of red meat and dairy, and the addition of high fibre content foods.
Read the articles below for a more detailed explanation. Best wishes.
I JUST did one and it was the WRONG one! It was very popular online and on TV so I tried it. It's called Bromolite. It did NOTHING! It was a month's supply for only the shipping and handling ';trials'; but you must cancel or be billed every month for more. Well, it was worthless. And they talked me into doing the Acai cleanse WITH it. This was also worthless.
I wished I had tried one called Colonix that I recently read about. It looked like it might be a really good one. But it's pretty expensive, and now I just can't afford it. I don't know if it would work or not....but it looked like it might be better than the other that I did try.
I heard a person tell me that if it's in pill form (which Bromolite is) then it will not work. They said that only the powder or liquid ones work. I expected to see results like you see on all those horrible pictures, but I didn't. They told me that with the powder or liquid ones you will see that. The only downside to it looks to me to be the fact that you must FAST, in many cases, for three days before the cleansing. Those are supposed to be amazing. My mom had really good results from one of those.
Sorry, I can't tell you what to get....brand name wise...but I can tell you what did not work for me.
A good way to tell is to look them up on www.ripoffreport.com and see how many entries there are about them. If I had known about that site BEFORE I bought mine, I would have saved the money. There were about 700 entries. Good luck!
