If I do the master cleanse for 21 days, colonic once a week and body wraps once a week how much weight would i lose?Colonic, body wrap and master cleanse!!!?
I agree don't do the colonic with the cleanse. The cleanse is cleaning out your digestive track, I wouldn't imagine you need to have a colonic too.
It's meant as a cleanse and weight loss is an added bonus for some.Colonic, body wrap and master cleanse!!!?
You should not Master Cleanse and colonic at the same time. A colonic is a very invasive, rough process for your body.
Read the Master Cleanse Book and see for yourself. It is a little bit of a tough process, but if you are committed you can do it!
