does anyone know or has anyone done a colon cleanse?


if so what basic steps did you take.


for instance how long did you go on liquids and then move to fruits and vegetables?

It strange you're asking this question. I just a special on the Today show about these colon cleanses. The Doctor on there gave a warning that these can cause death. A 19 yr old college student tried this to cleanse his colon and it also is some sort of diet thing. The Dr. said it a person does not drink 8 glasses of water with this, it becomes very concentrated and that's where the person ends up poisoned by it. I would really look into this before you try it and read the label very carefully. In fact. all the products by this company were taken off the shelves in the store. It was made my Hydroxycut. I used a commercial product that specifically worked to stimulate my colon to force out the yuck. It worked well, but caused a lot of gas and cramping. I have also heard of people successfully using enemas, but they are messy. Some of the ';all natural'; systems may work but they can be hard on the body and difficult to complete if you are not disciplined enough to do it.
