until i start summer break i'm going to do this, maybe with exercise some days if i have time.
when summer break comes around i'm going to have a lot more veggies and fruits, and i'm going to do tae-bo 3 times a week, and tons more water.
opinons please?
ideas for breakfast;
all with 16 oz. of water.
2 rice cakes, apple.
2 pieces toast, apple sauce. (would nutella on that be bad?)
oatmeal, 1/2 cup dry cereal (cranberry pecan granola)
snacks;
all with 16 oz. water.
1 oz. apple chips.
apple.
banana.
nutri grain fruit %26amp; nut bar.
wheat things toasted veggie chips.
lunch;
all with 16 oz water.
sanwich w/apple (turkey %26amp; mustard)
rick cake tuna sandwich w/ apple.
would the mayonaise in the tuna spoil in my locker?
4 hours from beginning of school to lunch.
dinner;
all with 16 oz water.
salmon w/broccoli
chicken breast w/salad (vinegar %26amp; olive oil for dressing)
and if parents are making something else, small portions of that.
probably more water in between. opinions?!Ohhkay. i don't think i'm gonna do the cleanse diet, how about this?
Very sensible diet. However, you need to remember that after you work out, particularly if you sweat a lot while working out, you should drink something with sodium in it like a V-8 or some kind of light juice to replace the sodium that your body lost.
