How does one Cleanse The Soul?

The soul of man is that part of him that consist of his will, his intellect and his emotion. Cleansing your soul i want to believe means you want to make it submissive to God. Basically the soul thrives on knowledge, so if you want to cleanse it, you need knowledge, God's knowledge.





The bible says ';And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...'; Romans.12:2





So if you want to transform your mind or cleanse it, meditate on the word of God. The bible also says in Ephesians.5:26-27 of Jesus;





';that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish';

suffering. We are all here to suffer. Some people will take this literally and actually self inflict pain. don't. Suffering comes when you least expect it, and makes you spiritual and wise even if you were not searching. A soul that has never suffered, is like a spoiled brat. Suffering sensitizes you. If you are not sensitive to others needs and pain, you will have to suffer to understand what they endure. Now my question is : Cleanse the soul from what? What makes it dirty? I can say that suffering makes it stronger and wiser. I don' t think a soul needs cleansing, I think it needs fortification, faith and positive thinking. There isn't really anything dirty about a soul. It is the human mind, not the soul, which is capable of evil. The soul can be released from the mind via death (completely unproven, but I prefer to think this), but it's essentially pure again. So the issue is how to be pure of thought and care about others in an evil mind which only cares to feed its body by wanting more and more and more.... suffering ... to sensitize you towards.... sharing and caring. Essentially by being in separate bodies, we cannot unite, but our spirits desperately want to and need to because it seriously feels good. I guess that is what love is, spirits uniting despite the body. If you can love all livings things with compassion and mercy without ever suffering, then your soul is perfect. Love then, is the ultimate answer to your question. Love others as you would unto yourself. Love your enemies. Forgiveness would be essential. We have learned many times that God is love. All of these, would cleanse your soul, otherwise, you will have to suffer first.

Seek God's forgiveness for your sins through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Once you've done this, God will bestow His Sanctifying Grace upon you. You will maintain this state of grace unless you commit a mortal sin. If you should commit a mortal sin, simply go to Confession again, and your soul will be cleansed. Keep this up as many times as you have to in order to maintain Sanctifying Grace.
every soul is clean, which is called as athma in hindu's version the other part of athma is jeeva who runs life along with soul on earth.


for example Energy having same charecters in all his applications but how we are useing the energy is the activity.

In the same fashion the jeeva(activity) with the support of soul(energy) doing proactivities to the nature, all living things is

these good things (activities of jeeva) will be known to individual by thinking, debating with his own consesness( in dyana that is closeing eyes going deep in to the soul)

If you try to explain you experiences to any body, They cannot understand what exactly you are trying to say, because it is not their experience.
