Cleansing Diet Question...?

I've been reading about the Master Cleanse Diet using the made at home ';lemonade'; (grade b maple syrup, cayenne pepper, water...) I read you get sick very easily while doing this - and also it says to drink a laxative tea and a saline wash? Has anyone ever done this? If so please tell me of your experiences with this diet. Thank you!Cleansing Diet Question...?
My boyfriend did this a couple months back and it's actually not a diet. It's more of a cleansing detox for your body. He went 10 straight days without any food at all. You're not supposed to eat anything or drink anything besides that ';lemonade'; and water. He had a hard time doing it because he would get hungry and he hated the taste of the salt water. Be prepared to make a lot of bathroom stops 'cause it really does make you go a lot. I guess that's how you get cleansed though. I did some research on it before he did it and just be aware that it's not a way to lose weight. It actually says that if you're underweight you're more likely to gain a couple of pounds. He did lose some weight but his is pretty overweight so it wasn't a significant loss. You're supposed to stay dedicated to it in order for it to work so good luck. And remember that you can't cheat. Not one piece of food should pass through your mouth. Make sure that you're able to commit before you do it. Best of luck to you!!Cleansing Diet Question...?
Very popular right now, but harsh on the body for some. There are great cleansing kits at your local GNC like a 7 day Full Body Cleanse. Very easy to follow, very effective and replenishes nutrients needed.
don't do this!

just go on the special k diet. you lose 6 lbs in two weeks, and get to eat 3 times a day.

-2 bowls of cereal

-1 meal

and u can eat snacks

special k cereal is good too! i buy it even when i'm not on a diet
