Eat a well balanced diet and get daily exercise. A well balanced diet of 60% carbs (fresh raw fruits and veggies are best), 20% proteins (fish before fowl before red meat before pork), and 20% fats(1/3 saturated, 2/3 unsaturated) (flax seed oil and fish oil will help balance your omega 3 to omega 6 as all fats are not created equal)
In addition you should take a balanced vitamin/mineral supplement at least once a day

Hi, I'm not sure that ';healthy body cleanse'; goes together. I don't think they're so healthy. Having said that, you can find what you're looking for here:http://www.easy-weightloss-tips.com/clea鈥?/a> I'm of the opinion that fasting confuses the metabolism, making it harder to lose weight in the long run. But...I used to do them when I was younger too...and I'm still here.
