Cleansing diet?

Do clensing diets lose only water, or will they lose fat as well, should i do it? not the liquid only diet, helthier one that includes cabage, and many vegetables.......I want to lose fat and dont get it back, you think if I did this I will get my weight back, plus more....ore will it go away forever?Cleansing diet?
You mainly lose water (%26amp;money) on cleansing diets. You are much better off improving your everyday eating (lots of veggies, low fats, low refined sugars), especially if you want to lose weight for the long term. Also, increase your physical activity by walking more in addition to any gym workouts.Cleansing diet?
Cleansing diet don't work, you may lose too much fluid. The best way you can lose weight and keep it off , you must do exercise and cut down what you eat. The best way to lose your weight is to start walking at least 30 to 45 minutes a day and take stairs. Make sure to worm up before any exercise. The other thing stay away from fatty foods like French fries, beef pork. Start to eat small portion at any given meal. Eat balanced food . First thing is first make sure to see your DR. and dietitian so you can design your diet,it does not have too be rigid where you give up easily. Use olive oil make sure it is cold pressed and canola oil for your cooking. if you must snack go for apple, a hand full of almonds(not more than that). Try to eat fish at least three times a week and breast of Turkey or chicken. If you make it a life time


routine you should be able to keep your weight where you want it to be. It is OK some time to indulge in what you like to eat as long as you don't do it every day. Stay away from the gym they don't work. Try to lose a pound a week only that way you don't strain

Even if you don't have time you can do 20 minutes brisk walk in the morning and 20 minutes late afternoon. That is the way I lost my weight and kept of for seven years.
the only thing that ';cleansing diets'; so is make you poop, which is healthier. a friend once told me about drinking fiber everyday and the amount of weight that she had lost. she felt great and the weight just kept coming off. she had to exercise also, but nothing big. i figured if it worked for her, it could work for me. it did. it's hard to tell how much weight i lost because i keep getting pregnant, but it works and it does the same thing as the detox diets and it's cheaper. you can buy a huge jar at wal-mart for a few dollars. it will be nasty at first, but after a few days it's nothing.

try talking with a local herbalist and they will set you up with a cleanse that helps you lose the fat/water. You will also get to eat certain foods and they'll know good herbs to use with it - to decrease your hunger etc.
