Oil Cleansing Method!?

I don't even know where to start. What is Caster Oil and Extra Virgin Olive oil? Where can I purchase these items?

I don't want to make a mistake in dumping the wrong oil on my face..

And is this a good idea for sensitive skin?Oil Cleansing Method!?
I use this.

Seriously you don't know what Olive Oil is? Its in the Food Store next to the cooking oils. Also Castor Oil tends to be on the bottom shelf next to the rubbing alchol and h2o2. For my skin I add a little honey, tea tree oil, and almond oil. Just very little.Oil Cleansing Method!?
I switched from store bought skin care to extra virgin olive oil about a year ago and I'm so glad I did. You can get it at the grocery store! I prefer organic olive oil but regular will still work. I use it as a moisturizer and my skin has never looked better. Pure coconut oil is wonderful as well. I don't know about Caster Oil but I can highly recommend the olive and coconut oil for sure! Only use a few drops and your skin will drink it right in. My skin tone has evened out. Sun damage has disappeared and fine lines are a thing of the past. And yes, it's great for sensitive skin. I've used it for cleansing as well and it really cleans deep amd leaves my skin soft and fresh. Don't hesitate! Try it!
