Colon Cleansing?

I am going for my first colonic tomorrow and i want to know if anyone has experience this and what should I expect. I also have severe endometriosis and was wondering if a colonic would relieve some of the pain?Colon Cleansing?
Colonics are not good for you. They can cause irritation and infections or even tears in the colon walls. If you're having other gastrointestinal symptoms, it could be a sign of a disorder like ulcerative colitis or diverticulitis, many of which are counterindicitive of colonics. It also clears out all the 'good' bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract, and can lead to bacterial overgrowth since all of the good stuff that normally regulates the colon is gone. You also have to be very careful that the place sterilizes the equipment fully--you could get infections from dirty equipment. And it's not regulated--There's no licensing needed to perform colonics. Virtually anyone could do it. That only contributes to them not being safe. I wouldn't do it, if I were you.
