I think it's perfectly safe. I'ev done the Master Cleanse...and it worked for me.

My advice DONT DO IT!!! It really messes up you system. I was really into it once and I was gonna do it so I talked to my doctor, he said its only for people who are really messed up, and that if you do it youself you have a very high chance of messing something up.
IF you feel you must do this, talk to a doctor or nutritionist and have them give you instructions.
Okay, even though I've three degrees and forty years of medical clinic experience that says it does not work and is a waste of money, I'll let you go on wasting your time and money. You do have, after all, an absolute right to be stupid!
At your age, why would you want to? If you are trying to get rid of a few pounds, that will only be temporary.
