Master cleanse?

Wheb you do the master cleanse on average how much weight do you loose? Also i have a large stomach so if i do the master cleanse would i loose the stomach? Please anyone who had done this please answer.Master cleanse?
the master cleanse isnt a ';quick fix'; its about cleansing your body and ridding yourself of toxins you consume through the standard american diet. you will lose weight, but if you arent committed to a healthier lifestyle after the cleanse, you will gain it all back. which is even worse for your body because the yo yoing effect of loss and gain will mess with your metabolism. which will make it harder for you to lose weight in the future. when i did the master cleanse i lost about 7 pounds, and gained 3 back. but ive also eaten fairly healthy for years.

Master Cleanse is not a diet, it's a detox fast. Its purpose is to get rid off the toxins from the body.





To Mrs. Anderson: it is DANGEROUS to repeat the cleanse after only a week break. You must take 3-4 months between two cleanses.

Im on it now, and even though it is very hard this is Day 3 for me and I have lost 4 pounds. I plan to go all the way to Day 10 and take a week off and then 10 days again. I need to lose about 60 pounds. I also work out every day now in addition to the cleanse. So, so far so good. Try to stick w/ it.
I'm on day 8 of a master cleanse and so far have lost 12 pounds. I understand that the average weight loss for a 10 day master cleanse is 16 pounds, with 6 pounds being regained fairly quickly after the fast, for a net loss of 10 pounds.





Theoretically, it's a cleansing fast, rather than a weight loss regime, although weight loss is a happy by-product of the cleanse.
';Master Cleanse'; is basically just a ';fasting'; diet. Starvation, if you will. You will lose weight because you are depriving your body of food.


Don't do it.
