So I was researching the Ever Cleanse Diet (the one where the powder dissolves into the drink or food) and I can't find the age in which your allowed or able to use it. I mean like do you have to be a certain age to start?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! Thanks :)Ever cleanse age limit?
most diet supplements require you to be 18 to use them. if you're younger than that you might end up with liver/kidney/or heart problems depending on the supplement so I suggest you go over it with your doctor or do some further research.
