Is it still effective if i start taking the lemonade before doing the salt water flush?
I found some instructions that state to do the salt water flush first thing in the morning.... Can it be done at night?Master Cleanse / Lemonade Fast?
I'm assuming your talking about a douche? If so, then don't! They're bad for your normal flora!
If your talking about an enama, I don't think it matters too much, most of the action is being done by any liquid.
