I'm starting it today, and i just wanted some advice from people who has successfully went on it or know someone!! I'm starting off with 10 days and i might go for 14 depending how i feel then!!!HAS ANYONE TRIED THE MASTER CLEANSE??
Yes I have done the master cleanse twice. The first time for 14 days and the second I believe was 10. There is a site which helped me an awful lot in staying with it.

I believe I lost 17 pounds the first attempt...It was great! The problem is keeping it off. Report Abuse
