Lemon cleansing?

Hi I am on the lemon cleansing diet. I went to Wal-Mart and got the ingredients but the only had maple syrup grade A and red cayenne pepper will it still work with out the grade B maple syrup and regular cayenne pepper?Lemon cleansing?
Yes, that will work just fine. The maple syrup is also considered optional during the Master Cleanse. It mostly adds flavor though there are trace amounts of minerals in it.Lemon cleansing?
i just read the original book (The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs, very recommended (and short) only $6.5 at Borders). he says that you can do the cleansing with grade A too, but he recommends using grade B or C.


So, if you have no choice you can use A. but, if you are going to fast for 10 days, why not try to do it the better way, and simply by better syrup?


I'm sure you have other stores, other than wall-mart...
