Master cleanse than diet??? good idea?

Best plan: More water,fresh meats,low sugar,fresh or canned (in unsweetened juice) fruit, fresh or frozen veggies,raw or cooked,brown rice,very little or no potatoes,or pasta, nothing made with white flour or table (refined) sugar. Choose low-fat,non-fat,low-salt,sugar free goodies over sugary sweets,pretzels or whole-wheat crackers over potato chips,


skim milk instead of whole or low-fat milk,diet sodas and 100% juice drinks over sugary drinks or regular sodas....and Walk,Walk,WALK! BEST exercise known to man. did you know walking lowers your blood sugar,wards off arthritis,lowers blood pressure and burns belly fat? Walking does so much good for you! Follow the eating guidelines above with the walking and just WATCH the weight FALL OFF!! you'll be shocked at how much better you feel and look.
