Colon cleanse?

i want to start a colon cleanse but i dont know which cleanser is the best. i found Preventive Nutrition Complete Body Cleansing Program at GNC and Im thinking of getting it but I want to know if there's something better that I can get without having to order it online (in case i have questions i want to ask the salesperson). has anyone tried something really good that's over the counter? if you've done a colon cleanse tell me which one, did it work, how do you feel now, did u lose weight, etc. thanks alot, the suggestions do mean alot so thank you for those who have has experiences witht his type of issue. i dp want to clean my inside and feel light and free...i want to feel clean and comfortable from the inside out.Colon cleanse?
My wife has bowel problems. She actually buys an OTC pill called ';Colon Cleans'; seems to work pretty well for her. I think it may actually be spelled ';Colon Cleanz';Colon cleanse?

Why dont you try a colonic irrigation or just plain enemas, it works just as well.
