No, there are plenty of information about it online, all you really need is the recipe, BUT, if you're not buying the book, i suggest you don't do it for more than a week, and you should start reducing your food intake 2 days before the cleanse, and only eat soup and water or one day after the cleanse.Master Cleanse Question?
i still haven't an idea what these cleanse diets do... im guessing it's you don't eat anything until you empty out your large intestine? thats kinda a terrible idea,.... all those cleanse things are pretty crazy ..I personally do the scoobys workshop diet: eat less exercise more. scoobysworkshop.com has the information on it

All you have to do is buy the ingredients and make the drink.
