Has any1 tried it? how much did u lose in14days and did every1 notice the weight loss? cuz i dont care to lose the pounds on scale i only care to lose it physically too.....

I saw results from the master cleanse- but they do not suggest starting working out until after you finish the master cleanse unless you already have an established workout routine... It's really a good jump start to a lifestyle change. Whenever you come off of the master cleanse (which if it's your first time should be at 7-10days) you have to slowly being foods back into your diet- if you just go eat something (even if it's healthy) it will make you VERY sick- trust me, I ate a salad w/o dressing the first day and then i followed the guidelines - basically veggie broth for a day with O.J. then slowly brought foods in... if you think that the weight you lose on the M.C. will just stay off you're wrong- you have to change your eating habits entirely- but it's soo worth itMaster cleanse diet.. 14days.. come in plz?
yes I have done it. It is very difficult!! You see major results physically and that why I did it. I dont care about the scale I just care about the look, and ppl noticed big time right away!! My best suggestion is always have a huge glass of water with you at all times, if you get hungry just drink alot of water. Goo Luck
