The best thing I have used is called Colon Cleanse. It is in a tall white plastic container with red writing. Also has a red drawing of a colon. Don't have a jar to give the exact name.
You can get it at Osco Drug or Walgreen's. Not sure if wal-mart carries it check anyway.
It has no taste. It looks like a bunch of husk. But it works great.
Buy some juice. (Orange Juice is best) Put 2-3 heaping teaspoons in and drink very quickly. Goes down better this way. It is going to swell and it is really hard to drink after it swells. If you have to make several small doses do that.
You know it has worked. When you have a BM it is much different and much better than your others. It cleans real well.
if you've seen you're dr and he's informed you of what you need to do you need to follow that. If this is your first colon cleanse then it will be painful because of back up
