I am starting the slimquick cleanse today and after 7 days be on the slim quik diet. can you tell me why it sayd i need ot take 4 capsuals why not just 1? seems like alot and i'm not a pill person.Slimquick cleanse?

Slimquick was a waste of time and money for me and actually made me gain weight. I did everything it said, including cutting meals, exercising more, etc. It doesn't work for everyone. Don't waste your money.Slimquick cleanse?
I took this product for the 7 days. I lost 3 lbs, but I think it is because I was on the toilet all day. It has an ingredient in it called senna which I did not know much about till I searched for it. Apparently, it is the same ingredient that is used in many laxatives. Report Abuse
I loved the slimquick cleanse. I recommended it to my mom and sister and they like it as well. You must take the directed amount to achieve the maximum results. I read the ingredients and it does not seem as if there is anything in it but natural vitamens and minerals that aid in detox. This is not necessarily supposed to make you lose weight, but jumpstart your weight loss by cleansing your system of toxins that make it hard to lose weight. So take the 4 pills in the morning and 4 pills in the evening and see how you feel in 7 days. Good luck!
From what I've read about slimquick content, it's a big fraud for me. It contains some - vitamins (please!), and they try to explain it with some high-tech language, which says nothing accurate.
You will never lose weight on the long term without reducing calorie intake or increase your activity.
Suggestion: Chose one whole group of foods (I tried once with dropping ALL dairy products), and substitute it from some vegetables you like. Instead of fast food eat whole grain bread (find a good tasting bread, you'll be surprised how a bread can be good). Instead of milk, drink plain water (not fruit juices).
Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
