I am about to join the military and used to smoke weed. What is the best way to cleanse my system and keep it clean. I dont want a quick fix that only works for a couple of days. I want to clean my system for goodDrug Cleansing?

drink a lot of water the best way possible....just don't drink too much at one time, you could get sick, really sick....
