What are effective colon cleansers, where can they be bought, and what are they priced for? What are your experiences with them, and did you feel significantly better/worse thereafter? What is the actual benefit? What are the downsides to it?Colon Cleansing?
I am a nurse and know that colon cleansing is very important. It is important to have bowel movements daily to remove any toxins in the body, etc. What I also know is that ';colon cleansing'; pills are uneccessary as they are just advertisements. Simple fiber pills (also come in chewable, fruity ones) will do the trick.Colon Cleansing?
Hey Navy Husband,
I was searching for a long time for an effective colon cleanser and found some information about a doctor named Suzanne Gudakunst. She developed an incredible cleanse program which I review on my blog at;

Take a look at it and see if it answers your questions. I am excited about my results, I have lost 50 pounds to this day and it is still falling off, and I feel great.
Good luck to you,
There is no such thing. It is a terrible waste of money.
A high-fiber diet will ';cleanse'; you colon just fine, you need not take any special supplement to do this.
Your colon is made to hold waste and soak up water from it, so cleanising your colon really doesn't make sense. Of course, you want to move the food at a reasonable pace through your system, so get some fiber!! Whole grain breads, cereals, wheast germs, these are all good!
And much cheaper than a rip-off medicine.
I've cleansed many times with various methods and have had great health results. More energy, disappearing acne, losing weight, and more.
Colon cleansing can be expensive - the best way to do it is to learn exactly how to cleanse through diet and with herbs.
